At the age of 17, I felt the adrenaline of working my first shift. Witnessing and participating to exceptional service delivery, I was hooked. Since then, I’ve become dedicated to becoming the best in my craft. Every detail counts when it comes to making guests feel welcome and appreciated. I hold a Master’s degree in Management, and over 8 years of experience in hospitality. I have worked in many places, in various positions and I aspire to one day own multiple venues.
